🔒 Non-Refundable Policy
- This airfare is 100% non-refundable once booked with the airline.
- No refunds will be provided for any reason, including but not limited to: personal emergencies, travel restrictions, missed flights, illness, change of plans, or dissatisfaction with airline service.
- Strongly recommended: Purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, interruption, and medical emergencies.
✏️ Changes & Modifications
- Flight changes (dates/times) may be available subject to airline-imposed change fees + fare difference.
- Change fees typically range from $200-$500+ per ticket, plus any difference in airfare, and can exceed the original ticket cost.
- Name changes/corrections are NOT permitted once tickets are issued. Ensure passenger names exactly match passport names before purchase.
- All change requests must be submitted to Traveling Turtle LLC, who will coordinate with the airline on your behalf. Additional service fees may apply.

- Traveling Turtle LLC acts as an authorized booking agent for commercial airlines.
- We facilitate your airfare purchase directly with the airline but do not operate flights, set airline policies, or control flight schedules.
- Once your tickets are issued by the airline, the airline’s terms and conditions govern your travel.
👤 Your Responsibilities as a Passenger
You are solely responsible for:
- ✓ Ensuring your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your return date
- ✓ Obtaining required visas, travel authorizations, and entry permits for Indonesia
- ✓ Meeting all health requirements (vaccinations, health declarations, COVID-19 protocols if applicable)
- ✓ Complying with TSA security requirements and airline check-in procedures
- ✓ Arriving at the airport with adequate time for check-in (typically 3 hours for international flights)
- ✓ Reconfirming your flights directly with the airline 72-48 hours before departure
- ✓ Monitoring your email for any flight schedule changes issued by the airline
We will provide a travel documentation checklist after booking; however, compliance with all travel requirements is your responsibility.
⚠️ Airline Schedule Changes & Disruptions
- Airlines reserve the right to change flight times, routes, or aircraft without notice.
- Traveling Turtle LLC is not liable for:
- Flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes
- Missed connections due to airline delays
- Baggage loss, damage, or delays
- Denied boarding or removed passengers
- Airline service quality or onboard experiences
- Acts of God, weather events, natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, or government actions
- In the event of airline-initiated changes or cancellations, you must work directly with the airline for rebooking or compensation. We will provide booking confirmation details to assist you.
💺 Seat Assignments, Meals & Special Requests
- Seat assignments are managed by the airline. Some airlines allow free seat selection; others charge fees. Contact the airline directly after ticketing.
- Meals are provided based on airline policy (typically included on long-haul international flights but subject to airline discretion).
- Special requests (dietary needs, wheelchair assistance, traveling with infants, etc.) must be arranged directly with the airline after your tickets are issued.
💳 Pricing & Payment
- The price shown is the total all-inclusive cost for roundtrip airfare, including base fare, taxes, and fees.
- This price is for airfare only and does not include hotels, ground transportation, travel insurance, visa fees, or any other travel expenses.
- Pricing is based on best available economy fares at time of booking and is subject to change until payment is received.
- Once payment is confirmed, we will book your flights within 24 hours at the best available rate, which may differ slightly from the quoted price due to real-time inventory changes. Any price increases will be communicated before final ticketing.

Step 3: Ticket Confirmation
Once ticketed, you will receive:

Step 4: Direct Airline Access

Dispute Resolution & Legal Terms
- Any disputes arising from this purchase shall be resolved through good faith negotiation, followed by binding arbitration in Ada County, Idaho if necessary.
- This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Idaho.
- Chargeback Prevention Notice: Initiating a credit card chargeback for services rendered (i.e., flights successfully booked as contracted) may result in legal action to recover funds plus associated costs. Disputes should be addressed directly with Traveling Turtle LLC first.
- The airline’s Contract of Carriage governs all aspects of air travel. Traveling Turtle LLC is not a party to that contract.
