- Consultation call — We’ll confirm your travel dates, answer every question you have, and finalize your payment schedule.
- We book everything — Flights and accommodation are confirmed within 48 hours of your consultation call.

🔄 Refund & Cancellation Policy
Changed your mind? Contact us within 72 hours of purchase and before your consultation call and we’ll refund your full $200 — no questions asked.

After 72 hours or following your consultation call, the deposit is non-refundable. This covers real planning time already invested in your trip.
Exception: Future balance payments may be credited toward a different Traveling Turtle package if canceled 90+ days before departure.

By purchasing this deposit, you confirm:
- ✓ You hold or will obtain a valid passport with 6+ months validity beyond your travel dates
- ✓ You will verify current Indonesian visa requirements for your nationality prior to departure
- ✓ You understand international travel involves inherent risks (weather, delays, illness) for which Traveling Turtle LLC is not liable
- ✓ You are 18 years of age or older
- ✓ You will respond to our communications within 3 business days to avoid delays in your booking
