🔄 Refund & Cancellation Policy
✓ Full Refund — Within 72 Hours
Changed your mind? Contact us within 72 hours of purchase and before your Vacation Booking Session and we’ll refund your full $200 — no questions asked.

⚠ Non-Refundable After 72 Hours
After 72 hours or following your Vacation Booking Session, the deposit is non-refundable. This covers real planning time already invested in your trip.
Trip cancellation: Future balance payments may be credited toward another Traveling Turtle package if canceled 90+ days before departure.
If Traveling Turtle cancels: In the unlikely event we must cancel your trip due to circumstances beyond our control, you will receive a 100% refund of all payments made, including this deposit. We will always offer an alternative date or destination first.

By purchasing this deposit, you confirm:
- ✓ You hold or will obtain valid U.S. identification — Hawaii is a domestic destination, no passport required
- ✓ You understand travel involves inherent risks (weather, delays, health) for which Traveling Turtle LLC is not liable
- ✓ You are 18 years of age or older
- ✓ You will respond to our communications within 3 business days to avoid delays in confirming your booking
- ✓ You understand flights are not included and are responsible for booking your own airfare to Honolulu (HNL)
